By purchasing the WordPress Lead Engine System (“Service”) from Ekofi, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Payment and refunds
All purchases are final. We have a no-refund policy. The one-time setup fee and any recurring monthly fees are non-refundable once paid.
3. Recurring billing
The monthly fee is recurring. By purchasing, you agree to recurring monthly billing until you cancel. You are responsible for canceling through your payment method or by contacting us if you wish to stop the service.
4. No guarantees
We do not guarantee SEO rankings, traffic, or leads. Results depend on your niche, website, and market. The Service provides AI blog automation and publishing; we do not promise specific business outcomes.
5. Your obligations
You must provide accurate onboarding information and a valid WordPress website. The Service depends on you having a WordPress site and providing required access or information. Delays caused by missing access or information do not create any right to a refund or credit.
6. Service limitations
We may pause or limit the Service if you do not provide required access or information, or if you breach these terms. By purchasing, you agree to our recurring billing terms and these limitations.
