01
Website information
Website content is general information about Ekofi Services. It is not a binding offer, guaranteed result, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for a signed proposal. Prices labeled starting-at or custom are scope guidance only.
02
Project agreements
Paid work begins only after the parties approve a written proposal or agreement defining deliverables, responsibilities, timeline assumptions, fees, payment milestones, revision allowances, acceptance, and termination terms. If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed agreement governs that project.
03
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for timely access, feedback, approvals, factual accuracy, and rights to supplied content, trademarks, media, data, and accounts. Delays or scope changes may change timing and price through a documented change process.
04
Payments and third-party costs
Invoices and milestones follow the approved proposal. Platform plans, hosting, domains, apps, plugins, fonts, stock assets, ad spend, payment-provider fees, taxes, and other third-party charges are excluded unless expressly included. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and availability.
05
Intellectual property
Each proposal defines ownership and licensing. Unless agreed otherwise, final approved project deliverables transfer or are licensed after full payment, while Ekofi retains pre-existing tools, reusable methods, system knowledge, and third-party materials. Concepts not selected and unpaid work remain Ekofi property.
06
Acceptable use
Do not attack, probe, overload, scrape unlawfully, bypass controls, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, or use the website to violate law or third-party rights. Ekofi may block abusive traffic and preserve evidence needed to protect the service.
07
Results, warranties, and liability
Design, advertising, SEO, and commerce outcomes depend on market conditions, business operations, offers, budgets, platforms, and third parties. Ekofi does not guarantee rankings, lead volume, revenue, or uninterrupted third-party service. Liability terms for paid work are defined in the signed project agreement to the extent permitted by law.
08
Governing law and contact
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these website terms are governed by the laws applicable in New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions can be sent to ferhat@ekofi.capital. Material updates will change the date shown above.
