Who is responsible for the data

Ekofi Services is the controller of personal information submitted through getekofiservices.com. Questions about privacy or a rights request can be sent to ferhat@ekofi.capital.

Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to understand and answer an inquiry. We do not sell personal information and we do not request sensitive identity, payment, or account credentials through public lead forms.

• Contact and qualification details such as name, business email, optional phone, company, website, service interest, budget range, timeline, and project message.
• Consent evidence, form type, submission time, locale, currency, and timezone where available.
• Short-lived anti-abuse signals such as hashed IP and email values, rate-limit counters, signed submission-token state, and Turnstile verification status.
• Non-identifying conversion events stored locally in the browser until a production analytics provider is explicitly configured and consent requirements are satisfied.

Why we use it

Inquiry information is used to review the request, communicate about the requested service, prepare scope guidance, protect the form from abuse, and maintain an accurate operational record. The legal basis is the visitor's request to take pre-contract steps, legitimate interest in answering a direct business inquiry, and consent where the form explicitly asks for it.

Service providers and transfers

Hosting, protected form delivery, durable storage, email delivery, booking, or future CRM providers may process the minimum data required for their role. Access is provider-neutral and least-privilege. Production providers must be reviewed for security, retention, contractual terms, and international-transfer safeguards before activation.

Retention and deletion

Launch lead and consent records use a maximum one-year operational retention window unless a shorter period is sufficient, an active client relationship requires a different record, or law requires longer retention. Security counters and one-time tokens expire much sooner. Records that are no longer required are deleted or irreversibly minimized.

Your choices and rights

Depending on location, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We verify requests proportionately before acting and respond through the contact channel above.

Security and children

Ekofi uses encrypted transport, restricted server-side access, schema validation, signed one-time submission tokens, rate limits, Turnstile, PII-safe logs, and an enforced content security policy. No online system is risk-free, but controls are layered and reviewed. This site is directed to businesses and is not intended for children under 13.
